It took about an hour to get a good "bun" effect, then I got the feeling it was working at the next workout because I was no longer sore, bulking up getting fat. I even got "body high" effects that lasted for a few hours. I can honestly say I have never had a workout where I felt good, bulking up muscle. My body had no "bun" effects, but I still felt great afterwards, crazy bulk reviews bodybuilding. I never felt the "muscle cramps" that are common with the protein shakes (which is great if you've had cramps before). D-Bal does not come with a nutritional supplement, so you will need the extra ingredients you will need to keep up your protein and other macronutrient needs, which can help make D-Bal a great all-round product. My review is based on what I got from Crazy Bulk. Overall, while D-Bal has taken down the cramps caused by protein shakes, it does not provide many of the other benefits the protein shakes offer including increased performance, fat loss and fat burning. You cannot really compare it to protein shakes in the weight loss section. In my opinion, it is a great addition to your workout routine! The Verdict: Despite what some may read in the negative review above, I would strongly urge you to try D-Bal, bulking up getting fat. The "bun" effect is a great bonus for athletes who need that extra boost of protein for a quick gain of lean mass, bulking up plan. If you haven't been getting enough protein, now is your time to really reap the benefits of D-Bal. Just be prepared to wait at least 4-6 months before trying it again.
